By accessing or using the Orijtech Energy website at orijtechenergy.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orijtech Energy is the trading name of Orijtech Uganda Ltd, an Energy Service Company incorporated and operating in Uganda. We install and operate energy monitoring and sub-metering systems, develop solar projects from measured consumption, and carry out energy audits for commercial, industrial, institutional and government clients.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Orijtech Energy” mean Orijtech Uganda Ltd.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; services are supplied only under a separate written proposal, quotation or contract signed by Orijtech Uganda Ltd.

• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and data — is the property of Orijtech Energy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

The Orijtech Energy name and logo are proprietary marks. Nothing on this Site grants any licence to use them.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orijtech Energy makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site.

Content on the Site — including information about energy tariffs, utility billing, power quality, audit findings, solar system sizing and returns, and consumption benchmarks — is provided for general informational purposes and reflects conditions at the time of writing. Ugandan electricity tariffs are approved quarterly and change accordingly. Site content does not constitute professional, engineering, financial or legal advice, and no engineering recommendation should be relied upon unless it has been issued to you in a signed Orijtech Energy report, proposal or audit deliverable prepared from measurements taken at your own facility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orijtech Uganda Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or its content.

This clause limits liability arising from the Site only. Liability arising from services we supply to you is governed by the contract, proposal or quotation under which those services are provided, not by these Terms.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Orijtech Energy does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any linked site. You access linked sites at your own risk.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
