Procurement
Everything you can read before you contact us
The deliverable, the capability statement, the delivered projects and the registered supplier details. No form, no email address required, nothing withheld until you identify yourself.
The documents
Three things, in the order a file usually needs them: what the work produces, who the company is, and what it has delivered. All are PDFs sized for email.
What the monitoring produces, month by month
A full monthly report with the client removed and the figures illustrative: the band split, cost by metered area, the load profile, the demand event that set the charge, the actions, and last month’s actions with their measured outcome.

Company profile and capability statement
Registered name, TIN and address, the three service lines and what each one delivers, the four projects on our engineering record, the compliance documents available on request, and how references are provided. Written to be attached to a requisition or returned with a bid.

Case-study one-pagers
One A4 side per delivered project: the client, the sector, the engagement period and the measured outcomes. Written for the paper that goes to a finance director rather than for the web page.

Statutory certificates
Tenders ask for different certificates and they ask for them in different forms. Name the ones your process requires and we will confirm in writing what we hold and how quickly we can return it, rather than publishing a list here that may not match what you actually need.
Tell us what the tender requiresHow an engagement starts
Precise enough to write into a requirement. Nothing is costed until there is a written specification to cost against.
A conversation
Free, and it carries no obligation. We establish what the facility is, what the electricity currently costs and whether measurement is the right first step at all.
A site visit
One day on site: the incomers, transformers and distribution boards are surveyed, the metering points are identified against your own operational structure, and your recent invoices are read against what we find.
A written proposal
Within five working days of the visit. Hardware specification, installation scope, the measurement it produces and a recommended next step — costed against that specification, with VAT at 18%.
When you are ready
A direct line is often easier than a form for an officer working to a deadline. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EAT.
